PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Portland-based non-profit is working hard to help local children, and their families handle grief as the world marks five years since the COVID-19 outbreak was declared a global pandemic.
The Dougy Center in 2023 received a $350,000 grant allowing them to launch new resources for families who lost loved ones due to COVID.
